As a formerĀ United States MarineĀ and president of theĀ Student Veteran Association at Tulane (SVAT)Ā Beau has learned how to lead and serve any team that he has had the pleasure of belonging to.Ā He is also the co-founder of theĀ IFS Healing Corps, an organization that brings IFS to veterans and active duty military. After Beau was honorably discharged from the Marines, he decided to continue his career in serving others.
Beau received his Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Tulane University in 2011 and a Masters of Social Work from the Tulane School of Social Work (TSSW) in 2013.
Beau had the privileged of working with Bruce Hersey where he learned IFS Informed EMDR. He owes a debt of gratitude to Bruce for having such a strong influence on his personal and professional development. In 2019 Beau became a guide for Bruce's workshops and currently serves as one of the IFS-EMDR trainers with the Syzygy Institute.
